8Lemonade Sale Day 1
Today, Carlo and I (Jon) had a lemonade sale. This happened totally out of no where. I just posted it on twitter as a joke to have a lemonade stand. Two minutes later, Carlo calls me asking if I was down to do it. So, we went to Pak N Save and bought all our supplies. We found a spot, and prepared the lemonade.
Within the first hour, we were able to sell $8.00 worth of lemonade. Then business slowed down. By 5:00 p.m. we had about $19.00. At 6:00 p.m. we decided to move to Gellert park. Got a couple sales there. Ended the day with a total of $25.00. Not too bad, we were surprised that people bought our lemonade.
All these funds will be saved and used towards our website, stickers, and possibly t-shirts. We will be selling lemonade again tomorrow. Thank you to everyone that came by and bought a cup of lemonade, or came by and honked, or even just came by to hang out. We plan on adding more items to our roster, such as: Hot Dogs, Baked Goods, and ice cream sandwiches. Come out and find us tomorrow, help support us!
